I commute approximately 10 hours per week. That’s 10 hours I can either stare at the road and be frustrated with the Boston traffic. Or I can spend it doing something pleasurable and informative.
I spend most of that 10 hours listening to podcasts, audiobooks, and lectures (and occasionally reveling in some good Howard Stern interview on Sirius/XM). In general I’m not a good multi-tasker, but for audio content and driving, it’s a match made in heaven. I really absorb the material better than when I’m reading or watching TV.
There you have it, my “think and drive” strategy.
