I’ve met a lot of CEOs, and in my experience they fall into one of two camps.

• The Visionary CEO, who has expectations that are about 10x what’s actually realistic.
• The Operational CEO, who has expectations merely 4x reality.

Beware the CEO who has 1x expectations, they aren’t the right person for the job.
