It’s clear that someday we’ll look back and think how crazy it was that we drove on roads with traffic.

And how draconian it was that we performed surgery by knocking people out and cutting them open with knives.

And that we rigged up network connectivity wired to our homes and not everywhere.

I like to imagine the things we take as givens today described in the future in the same breath as other antiquities like aqueducts and protective city walls.
