How often do you see a disclaimer about a product working too well?

On the official Viagara site, Pfizer writes:

In the rare event of an erection lasting more than 4 hours, seek immediate medical help to avoid long-term injury.

On the official Cialis site, Lilly writes: (anyone thinking they used the same lawyers?)

If you get an erection lasting more than 4 hours, seek immediate medical help to avoid long-term injury.

Are there any cases of this anywhere besides ED drugs?

I can imagine an exercise company advertising a treadmill “Will get you in shape in mere minutes per day!”, and adding the disclaimer:

In the rare event you find yourself capable of running a marathon, call a doctor immediately to avoid life-long health and wellness

Good rule of thumb. Don’t get yourself into a position where over-achieving is seen as a bad thing.
